Raspberry Pi has some interesting possibilities. Besides, cross compiling for the ARM architecture, well, cross compiling in general, is something I've never tried. Also, optimizing Raspian for the minimal hardware is another adventure. I've been a Linux user for a long time, and, it seems that everything I do with the the Raspberry Pi is something new for me. I hope it will keep the interest of my Grandkids also, after all, it was meant for them originally. It's a great tool for teaching electronics and programming.
