Are there any graphical utilities on Linux to create .iso files?

I am looking for a Linux graphical utilities to create .iso that will work on Windows & Linux.

K3b is a GUI tool to create .iso files and works well. Brasero is, too....

As for compatibility with Windows and Linux, an ISO will only be compatible with the platform which the original data was intended for (although you should be able to mount the ISO as a drive using default drivers in mainstream Linux distros and Win8 onwards)
