Changing domain of LAMP server Ubuntu 11.04

I have my Apache2 lamp server up and running with mysql databases and phpmyadmin as main log-in page. But I want to be able to go to the main page by going to something like www.test.com or something like that on the computer connecting to the server. I know it has to do with servername and server alias in config somewhere but I forgot where all that was and if my server by default has any of those lines already in the config file.
