gconf. error on fedora 13 when installing joomla and drupal

when I am installing drupal or joomla showing following error, please help me.

I think it has to do something with SE Linux settings. You need to allow port...

I think it has to do something with SE Linux settings.
You need to allow port 80 it seems.

Please check the settings.
