I have a Kensington Orbit Trackball with Scroll Ring that I would like to use on my Linux Ubuntu 11.10 operating system, is there a driver which will allow this?

I have a Kensington Orbit Trackball with Scroll Ring that I would like to use with my Linux Ubuntu 11.10 operating system. I s there a driver which will allow this? I have searched through the Ubuntu software center and have not found one. Does one exist or have I not been inputting the proper search terms?

The Kensington Orbit Trackball with Scroll Ring works on OpenSuse 13.2.
There are no drivers required. I would like to have the ability to adjust the amount of scrolling, but I haven't found that setting yet.

It should work when you plug it in, you shouldn't have to install anything....

I have to ask if you've tried it yet and if you have check that the mouse works on anouther OS or computer.

FYI - Searching for drivers in Ubuntu Software Centre will not yeild results in most cases as most drivers are included. Only proprietary ones like Nvidia and AMD graphics drivers require installation for the most part.

Please tell me if it works or not after tring these thigs if you haven't already.
