Linux for a laptop & art programs?

I am a new person to Linux, and have been thinking of switching for some time, but with windows 10 screwing up my software and its been too long for a system restore to fix it. Since I am very new, i was wondering which Linux would be best to switch to, and if that version can tablet software [monoprice] and art programs like SAI or Corel. [I know sai says on the website it only work on windows, but I thought there might be a Linux that works with it maybe.] I just want to be able to use my laptop again, and Linux seems like the best option to switch right now.

I recommend Linux Lite or Ubuntu Studio.

First, Linux Mint is the way to go for you if you have a somewhat recent computer.
Second, SAI might work through the emulator WINE on Linux Mint, which can easily be found in Linux Mint's Software Manager, but you might be be better off with some of Linux's own software, like GIMP, for the same purpose, which has a lower risk of bugs due to emulation.
Third, you can't run Android, iOS, or WinPhone apps without Android, iOS, or WinPhone. However, Windows 2in1s should run Linux fine, touchscreen included.
Just make sure your hardware works with Linux. There is a good guide here.
