to create a bootable sd card or usb stick to boot fedora Linux from.
Boot fedora Linux from your chosen type of media; no need to install but use it as a test environment to see if you can connect using the Aspire's wireless adapter.
If so, great! Use the bug reporting part of the Linux distribution that is installed on your Aspire's website to report the problem.
If not, then the adapter has failed (Common Acer fault. They put the cheapest Wifi adapters you can buy into their products.) Seek a repair through warranty or if you have no warranty, replace the wireless adapter yourself or pay a local professional to do it. The latter being the most sensible if you are not very IT savvy.
