Hi,...

Hi,

There are a couple of options but the easiest is to install netflix-desktop (http://www.compholio.com/netflix-desktop/).

Follow the discription onthe web site.
In a terminal window do:

$> sudo add-apt-repository ppa:pipelight/stable
$> sudo apt-get update
$> sudo apt-get install netflix-desktop

You can also try the latest and fastest option.
Its possible to with the lastest beta version of Google Chrome and a little tweeking to get it working on both Mint and Ubuntu. (the below is for 64-bit ubuntu/mint, you will have to use 32-bit version of the software)

Have a look at: http://www.techdrivein.com/2014/08/howto-get-netflix-work-in-ubuntu1404-....

Good luck :)

This worked for me in Mint 16, but not 17. To make it work in Mint 17 KDE 64 bit I needed to use Firefox with “User Agent Overrider” instead of the “User Agent Switcher”. But you can play around with different user agent settings.
