Nvidia-seetings script help

I really want a script to alternate between screen modes. For example.

I have a laptop and a monitor and to disable my laptop screen and enable my monitor. To do this i have to open nvidia-settings and make several clicks just do this.

I really wanted to have a small script to makes this with just a command.

Thankful for any help you can give me

P.S.: I'm running Ubuntu 9.04 and I have Nvidia 9650M GT
