Game Console Operating System
I'm hoping to one day make a game console as good as seventh and eighth generation consoles, but I'm kind of stuck on the best possible operating system to use. I want it to be unique, open-source but unavailable to competitors and for it to run games designed for both Windows and Mac computers (but weren't originally developed or have not yet been ported to Linux)and for it to take full advantage of everything. Can anybody help? Please keep in mind that this isn't actually happening at the moment, since I have no budget and cannot get the time or parts to actually make it yet. I have attached a file with the specifications I am looking for in the game console. Please take into mind that it is only early days and all the details aren't complete yet, or maybe in need of adjustment. If you can help me, please respond.
