External card readers getting damaged when plugged into linux!
I am using both Windows 7 and Linux Mint 17 in my system. I recently upgraded linux from Mint 15 to 17. Since this upgrade I cannot plug in my external card reader to my linux. At first it works but later it automatically ejects the card reader and gets damaged. And now the card reader is not working even with windows or any other system. But when I plug in the damaged card reader it shows the card reader plugged in but it is not reading the Memory Stick. What is the problem and how do I solve this?
