Paging Space and Linux
How in Linux is low paging space issue taken care of ? In AIX, there is SIGDANGER signal which is thrown when paging space lowers. This signal can be caught by SIGACTION which decides how to deal with the scenario. Eventually, the process is killed if paging space continues to be fatally low.
