Android device not recognised in Voyager Ubuntu 14.04
I am new to Linux and have installed Voyager Ubuntu 14.04 on my Samsung Netbook.
Everything is ok except for two to three things.
1. I am trying to connect my Sony Xperia P phone to the computer via USB cable, but the system is not recognising the smartphone.
(I have installed MTP tools from the Synaptic package manager, but still the same problem)
2. The system sound will reset to 100% upon every boot.
3. When I try to open the default File Manager, I get the following error:
Failed to execute child process "/usr/bin/nemo" (No such file or directory).
Please help me...
