BySynergy, the Total Capital Process (TCP) Group, announced today that it has purchased PartnerAxis, the company that delivers the Linux channel. PartnerAxis will begin operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of BySynergy. Terms of the transaction included a cash payment and a transfer of assets and obligations to BySynergy from EBIZ Enterprises.
