Yes. So long as the Bios isn't corrupted, you shouldn't have any problems. Linux will install independently of Windows or any other OS.

If it ain't broke, you aren't trying hard enough.

the core linux itself of a distribution. either way it's not a problem as long as your computer isn't broke.
