toro Joined: Aug 31, 2008 Posts: 1 Other Topics	Posted Aug 31, 2008 at 5:55:52 AM Subject: get back my system hi to all... i got a little problem, i was trying to get more and better screen resolution, but now i mean my monitor doesnt work with high resolution, i put it on 1250x860 or some thing like that, but now when a try to get in to my sesion, i just can see the cube, but my screen apears only in light brown... that is all. Before it was so nice, but i saw this resolution option... There are some tips to get my mandriva spring like before... with a low rsolution? Thanks... please help me...

raluxs Joined May 14, 2008 Posts: 49 Other Topics	Posted: Sep 01, 2008 9:47:37 PM Subject: get back my system Relax, there is an easy fix: Start your system, once it finishes loading, press [CTRL]+[ALT]+[F1] , it will send you to a text console with a login prompt, login as root and then run drakconf, it is basically the same mandriva control panel only character based. Use the TAB key and the cursor arrows to jump between options and buttons, you can configure your display from there, once done reboot you system. Good luck
