Dreamweaver CS3 and spray widgets.

Hi! One thing I love from Dreamweaver CS3 is the Spry Widegts feature. In don`t want to go for "emulations", "reprogrammations"... but... Does anybody know any web design programm For Linux of course, which has the same feature of the Spry Widgets? My point is: WHY should we tray to "transform" a windows feature if we can find the same things we need but runnikng under LINUX? Thx a lot.
