Publishing Linux Applications

Hi all, this is my first post on linux.com I have been using Ubuntu for a couple of years now, and was only using Windows to test out different programs that I was working on. I just now completed my first port of "EZ Arabic" to Linux. I finished it, but am not sure what I should do next. 15% of my site visitors use Linux, however I think there is probably somewhere else that I should post it up on. When I program for Windows I just put it up on softpedia and download.com and it gets out there. How should I go about releasing this Linux app? I haven't gotten too much feedback about how it is working on various distros, where should I go to ask for beta testers? And for normal 'getting out there', sofpedia itself hosts Linux apps too and if you have a .deb package there are appnr.com and getdeb.net
