comments should be posted raw, in an equivilent to a bookeeping jurnal entry. with foo bar featurs to add the email, author acutraments. With a feature that allows readers to rate say 1,2,3 how much one comment is like the one above or below it. Like a buble sort comments would agregate into indexed heading (a foo bar feature allows a caption to discribe content) what ever everyone thought a caption most applied to would become its index. The index headers could be listed simmilar to the side bar catagories so every forum isn't just a hodgepodge. Once in an index headline links to other catagorical groups with simmilar comments could be listed. Each comment could be rated by a click could to read the rest of the artical or a 1-5 or so ranking to place the presumably most usfull info on top to save people from haveing to hunt and peck through listings.
