Remote display access with xauth
-
Hi, I'm new to this forum and pretty new to the Linux world.
I need to be able to access a linux machine's display remotely from another linux machine using xauth to manipulate the authentication and authority files. I do not know how to use the xauth utility and commands properly. Currently, it is using /tmp/.gdm8VI5JV as its default authority file and I wish to create my own. How can I go about this?
