    Learning more...
I'm looking for references where I can learn a little more about what makes linux tick, not so much the how to's but a general overview of the ideas/processes behind the OS. Coming from a windows systems administration background when something goes wrong I have a general idea of which direction to head to find the solution, with linux I'm still finding my way. I find it easier to read from paper, so any books I should be looking into?
