I would like to send official message my users PC which will be popup on their screen from RedHat Linux 4.0 server.

Is this possible? Please note, all the user are within workgroup network and using windows XP.

I want to know the code which needs to be written in squid.conf file to block my workgroup user from web surfing. I'm working here as network administrator.
