DOSBox allows you to run DOS again. Though Microsoft's VirtualPC might be a better choice if you need to recreate DOS very exactly, DOSBox does provide support to Linux in a way that Microsoft dares not do. It's perfect for those old DOS games that you have like Lode Runner! And many DOS business applications can also run in it!
