Subject: Lagged sound in DOSEMU and DOSBOX

PC: Compaq Deskpro EN; Mainboard: Intel i815 (82815)
Bridges: Intel 82801BA/CA/DB/EB PCI; Intel 82801BA ISA (LPC)
CPU: PIII-Coppermine 1GHz; RAM: 512MB SDRAM 133MHz
Video: Intel 815 4MB VRAM/64MB AGP (integrated)
Sound: Intel 82801BA-ICH2 with AD1885 (integrated)
OS: Linux Fedora Core 1 (2.6.24.5; gcc v3.3.2)

I have problem with lagged sound in emulators: Dosbox and Dosemu. The sound is smooth (not breaking). But when I start one of this program the sound plaing about 0.2 seconds after some event. After 20 minutes this delay grow to 1 second. I try to compile kernel with diffrent configuration but the result is the same.
Where is the problem?

I suggest you file a bug for this. You can also go through the DOSEMU mailing list and see if others too have a similar experience.
