Gestaltech, Inc. and R337 Consulting LLC have agreed to form a joint venture — RichPalette, Inc. — to provide tools for the ColdFusion market. The first tool is a ColdFusion IDE named He3, which is an unprecedented mix of proprietary and open source technologies.
