Annette Oevermann writes “May 28, 2003On June 4th the Open Source Development Lab (OSDL) invites attendees of SUPERCOMM 2003 in Atlanta, Georgia, to learn about the benefits of using carrier-grade Linux in telecommunications infrastructure equipment. At their panel discussion Running Your Business on Carrier Grade Linux, HP, IBM, Intel, MontaVista Software, Nokia and SuSE Linux will discuss the technology and business advantages of this technology.

 
OSDL and its Carrier Grade Linux Working Group are defining the requirements for Linux and Open Source software in the telecommunications ecosystem. The process for its definition and development will also be explained at this panel discussion.
