Linuxgram is reporting that the Turbolinux-Linuxcare merger has collapsed, with the news announced internally Monday.
“The merger’s failure is going to cost Linuxcare a ‘significant reduction in staff,’ according to its CEO Art Tyde.
Tyde put the expected losses at 25%-30%. He said the cuts would not be immediate. Linuxcare is waiting on
further ‘analysis’ of its evolving business plan to scale back.”
