assuming that the printer is connected to fedora machine, and that you want to share it with other devices on the network, probably the easiest thing to do is to install samba and share the printer that way. Using samba, you can access the printer from Windows machines, too.

You could also always get a print server appliance to put the printer onto the network, though those usually are just small linux boxes themselves.
