Has anyone successfully piped the output of firefox to a file, and if so, how?

I'm trying to copy the results of a post-parsed webpage to a file.  Lynx and curl, when requesting the site, return a "browser unsupported" error, so I'm hoping to do the same thing with firefox through the command line (because I want to automate it) and I'm not sure if its even possible.

Thanks!

You are TOTALLY MY HERO!...

You are TOTALLY MY HERO!

I had to add "L_y_n_x/2.7" to the end because it errored with a "User-Agent string does not contain "Lynx" or "L_y_n_x"!" but after adding that it worked PERFECTLY!!!!!

I hope the rest of your week is absolutely the best week possible.

no, but you can still use lynx. just use the -useragent=Name option in lynx...

no, but you can still use lynx. just use the -useragent=Name option in lynx to lie and tell the server you are firefox.
-useragent="Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; pl-PL; rv:1.9.0.2) Gecko/20121223 Ubuntu/9.25 (jaunty) Firefox/3.8"

that should do the trick for you.
