Hi...a quick tip in Linux is you can hold down the "alt" key and use your left mouse button to move the window. So when you click print preview and it opens that window up, to gain access to the print button use alt+left mouse button and drag it down to where you can see it.
Also, you can use command line functionality to print. Use the "lpr" command. You can check the man pages for information in how to use it, but basically you would issue the command:
lpr -P spooler name filename to print
