How Can I Get My Wireless Card to Work?

I'm using Fedora on a HP Mini 1000 with problems other than my wireless card is not working. All it says is that firmware is missing. I'm a complete novice with Linux and this is only my second day with Fedora. How can I grab the technical info about my wireless card, if needed, and how can I get the firmware I need for it? Thanks,

Connect your laptop to the internet via ethernet and search for "find additional hardware drivers". The OS will scan your system and find any hardware in-need of a driver and if one is found, will download it and install it. What version of fedora are you using?
