How to partition jump drive, and make a bootable iso file?

I have already partition my 64GB PNY flash drive to 4 different partitions via Netbootin on my Kubunto OS, each with a NTFS file system and all as primary, but Im having trouble when I plug it in onto a windows pc. Linux, for example, will identify all partition when I plug in my flash drive, but when I plug it in onto a Windows pc, it only identifies one partition, not the others. And at the same time, my questions is: can I make one of the partitions as a live iso file to boot from? I would like to have for example 4 OS's on my flash drive that I can boot from. Please help
