I have a work related program that used to work on windows. Now I got Linux Zorin today, and now it does not want to work anymore. I tried to install it through wine, but it still does not work.

The program is a Discovery Smart Advice CD and used to work on windows. Should I rather go back to windows?

Does it try to run? What is the error that you receive?...

It's possible that other libraries are necessary for it to function in Wine.
Another possibility is to install VirtualBox and run a virtual instance of Windows and run your program there.
More information is needed.

Wine is never an guaranty that any windows program works in Linux....

You could install an Windows Virtual machine under Linux with for example
virtual box.
