Present i am learning linux administration. can any one suggest me which linux distribution i should go with for personal and pratice purpose.

Answer to the question

For personal use, I use and recommend Linux Lite (www.linuxliteos.com).

For practice, you may consider Ubuntu Server 14.04 or 16.04.  Many cloud servers are Ubuntu based servers.  You may also consider CentOS.  Many corporations use Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).  And CentOS is a complete duplicate of Red Hat, but without the paid support.  But CentOS is free to use.

Answer to the question

If you're learning, go to Resources / Distributions on this site and try a dozen or so.. see which you like the best. If you want to do Enterpise level administration, learn Red Hat based distros that's what I've seen at the companies that I've been at. RHEL - Centos - Fedora, or straight Ubuntu.
