Which OS should I boot directly and which OS on VM?

Hello, I need to install this OS (Linux, MAC OSX 10.8, MSWindows) on my Laptop. My lapy hardware is: Acer Aspire 5750g Intel Core i5-2430M Nvidia GeForce GT 520M 4 GB DDR3 Memory 500 GB HDD Acer Nplify 802.11 WLan Bluetooth ........ Now I want to install 2 OS directly and one OS in VM mode my Q is that: you think I must install which OS for boot directly and which OS on VM? My Job is: Electronic Eng, Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Management, I working on Programming too (C /C++ /C# /ASP.net /PHP /HTML /HTML5 /Java ) (just this Languages) & some times working on cellphone software too What you offering me please? (I need 3 OS don't Forget Please) Sorry for my bad English. ty :)

I like Linux as host OS and Windows/Mac as the VM's. I installed Debian 7, and VMware workstation 9 in under 1 hour. Then I just start up my Windows and Mac VM's.

I think it depends in wich OS you have more experience. To me it would be easier to have Windows + Linux as dual boot and MacOS as a virtual machine because if something break I could fix it in windows or linux as i dont know OS much.
