While I found these instructions on fedora sites, they give you some idea of how to do an install from an extra disk partition on your hard drive. This would require you to add a new partition by shrinking an existing one, if you don't have an extra partition already. So, like I said in my previous post, it's a bit complicated. But if you have no other option, this is one way to do it.

The second link is from the Fedora Installation Guide. Reading up or down from the point I linked you to, you can see there are options to install over a network connection. We still don't know the limitations of your hardware/setup, so I'm just showing you that there are other options.
