Chuck Talk writes “I decided to look into the named spammers on the SPAMHAUS Top 25, and I was surprised to read a very familiar name. That name is Alan Ralsky. Ralsky is perhaps the most notorious spammer of all time, having been exposed by Mike Wendlan of the Detroit Free Press in 2002. That was over two years ago, and if the SPAMHAUS records are correct, Mr. Ralsky is still the web’s most notorious spammer.”
