Analyst Doubts SCO’s Chances Against IBM

One of the few analysts following SCO Group Inc and its legal claims against IBM Corp and Linux has cast doubts over the company’s chances of
prevailing in its breach of contract and copyright case against IBM.

Decatur Jones analyst Dion Cornett had previously stated that Lindon, Utah-based SCO might win a partial judgment against IBM during the jury phase
given the unpredictability of the US jury system and the complexity of the case.
