NewsFactor Network writes “Richard Green, a vice president and general manager at Sun Microsystems, sought to bolster claims Microsoft still is unfairly blocking rivals in emerging technologies, just like it thwarted threats to its Windows operating system in the past. In turn, Microsoft lawyers argued as they have in the past: that Sun and other companies were resorting to frivolous legal charges after their own design and marketing weaknesses hampered or even crippled their products.”
