Both ATI and NVIDIA are working on entering the mobile segment (read: cell phones) aggressively with 3D graphics technology to encourage advancements in graphics on cell phones and other such mobile devices. Imageon is ATI’s way of entering that mobile segment and competing against its archrival NVIDIA.”
