While BayStar would not detail the disagreement, SCO contends the investor has accused it of giving inconsistent public and private statements about the success of its Unix-based SCOsource licensing efforts.
SCO, which has launched a national campaign seeking licensing fees from corporate Linux users under threat of being sued, recently reported receiving just $11,000 from SCOsource for the quarter ending April 30 – slightly more than half the $20,000 of the previous quarter.
