BT to offer limited unmetered Internet access

“BT [British Telecom] is to offer unmetered access for libraries, citizen advice bureaux and
colleges,” writes ZDNet UK, but quotes a BT spokesperson as saying, “These are special cases. This is not
about mainstream commercial deals.”
