Russell McOrmond writes “Canada just elected a new government. As part of the election campaign the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC) had questions for candidates and parties which were posted online. These questions ranged from copyright reform (ISP liability, DMCA-type laws, Music sharing), to Open Source and SPAM.

Now that the election is over I am offering my answers as a Canadian copyright reformer and FLOSS advocate.”
