Canadian ISP’s would be forced to become Net spies

Private and anonymous Canadian Net accounts will be wide open to Canadian police and intelligence agencies if a plan revealed at the annual meeting of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) goes through. The plan was offered to the CAP meeting at the end of August by Lawrence MacAulay, Canada’s Solicitor-General.
