China, Japan develop Asia’s 1st standardized Linux platform

BEIJING, July 21 (Xinhuanet) — Asia’s first and only standardized Linux platform has been jointly developed by Chinese and Japanese partners.

The Asianux operating system was developed by China’s Red Flag Software and Japan’s Miracle Linux Corporation, reported Wednesday’s CRI online.

The research work was conducted in Oracle’s China Development Center in Beijing.
