The results are in, and the latest study from market-research concern Meta Group, Inc. reveals that the number one use for WAP-enabled phones in the corporate sector is… voice communication. Users apparently found the WAP features so difficult to use, that between 80 and 90 percent of them simply gave up using their phones’ data features. Full story at IDG
