Entellium, a provider of hosted customer-relationship-management software, has unveiled an open-source strategy that entails releasing source code to developers looking to build specialized applications or features based on its technology. Tools that come out of Entellium’s developer community, which goes live next month, can be sold through a global partner channel marketplace that’s scheduled to start in April.
