Tushar Abraham Mathew writes “Desktop Moksha, IOSN South Asia’s “Training of Trainers” on the GNU/Linux desktop saw participation from an interesting mix of people. Assembled at the CDAC Chennai premises from 29th-31st May, 2007 were people from the Central and State Governments, educational institutions as well as an NGO. They were given training in using BOSS (Bharat Operating System Solutions), a Linux distro developed and language enabled for Indian conditions by the the National Resource Centre for Free & Open Source Software (NRCFOSS).”
