Despite claims, questions remain about KDE League

Anonymous Reader writes: “The corporate structure of the KDE League, Inc., is of a type almost unknown among nonprofit corporations and seems designed to protect the organization’s officers from liability while allowing the corporation to operate in secrecy, according to information gained in interviews with several experts in nonprofit organizations. Additionally, the accent placed on operating in secret has proved offputting to several past and present members of the organization as well as some persons within the KDE development community itself.”
