PAVLOVICH V. SUPERIOR COURT:
On September 5, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. the Supreme Court of California, sitting in San Francisco, will hear oral arguments in Pavlovich v. Superior Court. The Pavlovich case marks the High Court’s first foray into Internet or cyber-jurisdiction law and the first jurisdiction case the high Court has reviewed in six years.
